Data deleted and retained

Where applicable, we identify and delete support messages, attachments and other personal data held by us that can be linked to your request. We do not hold a central copy of your budget or transactions.

We normally respond within one month. Affected data is removed after verification unless a lawful retention reason applies. A minimal record of the request and its resolution may be retained for up to 12 months to demonstrate completion. Records subject to legal retention duties are kept for the legally required period; we explain applicable exceptions.

Phone data and backups

To remove all local data: Android Settings → Apps → AUREVORA Money → Storage → Clear data. This removes budgets, transactions, bills, settings and local protection. It cannot be undone without a backup. Delete exported backup files separately from wherever you saved them.

Google, ads and subscriptions

Data processed independently by Google/AdMob is managed through Google ad controls and the Google privacy policy. For applicable data processed on our behalf, we assess identification and request provider deletion where appropriate. We cannot promise removal of all independent provider records.

Clearing data or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Use Google Play subscriptions. Canceling a subscription is not a prerequisite for sending a deletion request.
