Getting started

Choose your language and RON, EUR or USD wallet. In Settings, enter your opening balance, next income date and protected reserve. The opening balance is the money you had before your recorded transactions.

Income and expenses

Use + Income or − Expense, check the amount, date and category, then save. In History you can search, filter and edit entries. Your balance is calculated from the information you enter; Money does not read your bank account.

Budget until payday

The estimate starts from your balance, subtracts the reserve and included bills before your next income, then calculates a daily budget. Recurring and overdue bills can affect it. Update amounts when you know them.

Bills and undoing a payment

Add the bill amount, due date and recurrence. Bills are not paid automatically: confirming payment records an expense. For payments that offer an undo option, check the confirmation message before restoring the due date.

Scanning and voice entry

Scanning suggests receipt details; check the amount, merchant and category before saving. You can use Utilities for bills. Voice entry uses the Android speech service, which may require internet; always check the result.

Wallets and display conversion

RON, EUR and USD have separate wallets. Switching wallets does not move or convert money. Display in only changes how amounts are presented using available ECB reference rates; it does not exchange currencies.

Reports and category limits

Reports use recorded income and expenses. Unpaid bills, the opening balance and the reserve are not report expenses. Category limits track spending in the selected month without deducting money again.

Planning an expense

The expense simulation and budget explanation use your entries and local rules. A simulation does not save an expense or change your balance. The app does not include a conversational AI assistant.

Backups and moving to another phone

Export a backup regularly. Android backups are encrypted with your chosen password, which cannot be recovered. Import replaces existing data: back it up first. There is no automatic phone-to-phone sync. Browser JSON exports are not encrypted.

PIN, widget and notifications

Configure protection in Settings. PIN recovery uses Android screen lock. The widget can show amounts on your home screen if you allow it; enabling an app PIN automatically hides widget amounts. Bill notifications require permission and may be delayed by Android.

Ads and privacy

Ads support the app. Advertising and privacy shows the available consent options. Money does not send balances, transactions or receipt text as advertising data; ad SDKs may process technical data according to your choices. Ad-free subscriptions are not enabled in this version.
