Privacy Policy
How AUREVORA WEATHER handles location, voice, preferences, Guardian information, website data and future Free/PRO services.
Who operates AUREVORA WEATHER
AUREVORA WEATHER is operated by LIQUI PEDIA S.R.L., Romania. Company identification: CUI 40830402, J22/1331/2019. Privacy contact: contact@aurevoraweather.com.
Data the app may use
The app may use a selected location or device location to provide forecasts, radar, route weather and local alerts. ANA Voice uses the device's Android speech-recognition services when you tap the microphone. Guardian can store a first name, relationship and city for people you choose to monitor. Preferences such as language, widgets and display settings may be saved on the device.
How the data is used
- Provide weather forecasts, radar and route-weather calculations.
- Remember app settings and selected locations.
- Provide voice answers and user-requested alerts.
- Support premium entitlement when Google Play Billing is enabled.
We aim to apply data minimisation: only data needed for a feature should be processed.
Voice, location and permissions
Location and microphone access are permission-based. AUREVORA only starts listening when the user activates ANA Voice. Speech recognition may be processed by Android or the speech provider configured on the device, under that provider's own terms and privacy settings.
Advertising and purchases
AUREVORA is currently in Beta. At public launch, the Free edition may contain discreet advertising and AUREVORA PRO will be ad-free. Before advertising is activated, this policy will identify the advertising provider and relevant data practices. Subscription payments and trial status are planned to be handled by Google Play; AUREVORA does not need to store payment-card details.
Website data
The current AUREVORA website is a lightweight static site. It does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are added later, this notice and the consent flow will be updated before activation.
Retention and your choices
Local preferences remain on the device until changed, cleared or the app is removed, subject to Android backup/settings behavior. You can revoke location or microphone permissions through Android settings. Where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting us.
Your rights in the EEA
Where GDPR applies, individuals may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, depending on the legal basis and circumstances. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
Status of this notice
