About AUREVORA
These Terms govern use of the AUREVORA WEATHER website and the AUREVORA WEATHER mobile application provided by LIQUI PEDIA S.R.L.
Weather information
Forecasts, radar views, alerts, route-weather suggestions, Best Time, Outlook, StormGuard, Guardian and ANA Voice are informational tools. Weather can change rapidly and data from external providers may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. AUREVORA is not an emergency-warning service and should not replace official emergency or civil-protection instructions.
Route and planning features
Route, TimeShift and planning recommendations are weather-oriented aids. They are not navigation, aviation, marine or safety-critical decision systems. Users remain responsible for travel decisions and should follow road conditions, official warnings and applicable laws.
Free and PRO
AUREVORA is planned as one application with Free and PRO access levels. PRO features may require an active subscription. Trial length, prices, renewal and cancellation will be shown through Google Play at release and may vary by country and currency.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited by law, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
Features may change during Beta and after release. We may improve, replace, suspend or remove features where reasonably necessary for reliability, licensing, security or product development.
Intellectual property
AUREVORA WEATHER, its branding, visual design, original interface elements and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party weather data, maps, Android services and Google Play services remain subject to their respective rights and terms.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or perfect forecast accuracy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
